Kevin Janison is an Emmy Award winning meteorologist. You can catch him nightly on Channel 3! He is also a published author. “Deputy Dorkface” is the name of the series. Mr. Janison entertained grades K-8th with an awesome presentation of one of his books and exposed the students to all the working parts involved with publishing a book. The students dressed up in western gear in celebration of Nevada Reading Week and to support Deputy Dorkface.
