There are forms on this website that is sent directly to a school that you have selected to contact. The Department of Catholic Schools does not intercept the information on the form before it is sent to the school. Once the information is sent to the school, your personal information is handled within their privacy protocol. The Department of Catholic Schools takes no responsibility with how your information is used at each individual school.
